I’ve spent years in banking, technology services, and business ownership. The work has changed shape, but I keep coming back to people: what helps them do good work, what gets in their way, and what happens when someone takes responsibility for sorting it out.
Outside work, I’m a husband and father who likes cooking, learning how things work, and carrying a camera around the coast. Those interests are part of how I pay attention, not a second identity I put on for a website.
